A personal data controller is an entity that alone or together with another determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data. Typically, this will be the company to which you provide your personal data.

3. The purpose of personal data processing
The purpose of processing personal data based on your marketing consent is: – offer products and services provided at Sprint Trading s.r.o. also through cooperating third parties; – marketing processing of personal data - processing of personal data that precedes the actual use of the information. Under this, you can imagine statistical and mathematical analyzes with the aim of gaining insight into the client's behavior and estimating his future behavior or business potential, as well as client profiling, various segmentations, reporting, etc. The processing can be both manual and automated; – perform analysis and profiling in order to adapt the service offer to your needs. The legal basis for such processing of personal data is the consent we received from you. We can offer you mainly advertising products and marketing services. Most personal data will be provided directly by you for the purpose of properly identifying you as a client within the framework of the agreed marketing services. We obtain some personal data from publicly available sources, such as public lists and registers, internet applications and from cooperating third parties. 5. Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data
According to the law, the guarantor of the protection and proper processing of your personal data for marketing purposes is the administrator of this data. Administrators can use processors for data processing. A processor of personal data is therefore any entity that, on the basis of a special law or with the authorization or authorization of the administrator processes personal data. In these cases, the same protection of your data is guaranteed by contract and by law, as is the case with Sprint Trading s.r.o. Such organizations process personal data based on the contract they have with us and according to our instructions. Your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients: – To public administration entities and state authorities, if permitted by law. - To third parties who are involved in ongoing or potential legal proceedings, or to such third parties who assist us in enforcing or defending our legal rights. We may share information with, for example, our legal or other professional advisors. – Sprint Trading s.r.o. companies to the extent that you have given us consent or where we are required to do so by law. 6. The period for which your personal data will be kept You grant marketing consent to Sprint Trading s.r.o. only once and remains valid and effective for the duration of the contractual relationship and the following 5 years or until you withdraw your consent. In the event that you do not become our client (i.e. a contractual relationship with Sprint Trading s.r.o. is not established), your consent will be valid for 5 years from the date of its granting. After the expiration and effectiveness of the consent, your personal data will be deleted or processed only to the extent and for the purposes for which consent is not required by law. When we handle personal data, we apply the minimization principle, which means that once the period for which we are required to keep your personal data has expired, our databases and information systems anonymization of your personal data. Failure to grant consent or its revocation has no consequences on your contractual relationship with Sprint Trading s.r.o. nor on the use of their products and services for which this consent is not required. You can withdraw your consent in person at any branch of Sprint Trading s.r.o. In the event of withdrawal of consent, we will assume that you no longer wish us to continue processing your personal data for marketing purposes, even on the basis of previously granted marketing consents or any specific marketing consents. We will therefore also consider these possible additional marketing consents revoked. If you discover or believe that we continue to process your personal data in violation of the protection of your privacy or applicable legislation, you have the right to request an explanation or you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority - the Office for Personal Data Protection.
